As a customer of Mile Logistics, you entrust LLC “Mile Logistics” (henceforth – Mile Logistics or us) your personal data or personal data of your employees and entitle us to process them in compliance with our Privacy Policy (henceforth – Policy).In this Policy you will find all information regarding the types of personal data we collect and process and aims of their processing, time of storage and other information about processing of your personal data. 1.What personal data do we process and why?
To provide logistics and transport services
We rely that our customers, legal persons, and employees of these customers comply with the provisions governing personal data processing, including an obligation to inform employees about data transfer to the cooperation partners, when submitting personal data to us.
If you wish to receive a price offer and entrust us your contact information by filling out any of our contact forms on our website or calling our specialist by phone or writing in chat (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, information related to cargo etc.), we will use these data, based on your consent, to contact you and offer a price, as well as to update information related to cargo, if necessary.
Term of data processing — entire period for which you receive services and for a longer period, if it is necessary for protection of our interests and rights in relation to claims, objections brought against us.

2.From what sources do we collect your personal data?
We obtain your personal data only from you. You provide data directly to us.

In order to provide a service, we will transfer your data to transport service providers, insurance service providers as well as other service providers, and also agents of the mentioned service providers, such as insurance brokers.
We can transfer your data for processing to other data recipients helping us to provide you the services. These persons can be software maintenance entities, database administrators, data centre management and cloud computing service providers, direct marketing service providers, market research or business analytics service providers. Anyway, we submit to data processors only amount of data that is necessary for performance of certain task or provision of certain service. Data processors that we have invited may process your personal data only according to our instructions and they cannot use them for other purposes or transfer to other persons without our consent. Besides, they are obliged to ensure protection of your data in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and the written consent concluded with us, which, among other things, intend irreversible deletion of your data after fulfilment of our assignment or finalisation of our cooperation.
Data may be transferred also to competent authorities or law enforcement bodies, such as police or control institutions, but only as a reply to the claims and only where necessary according to the applicable laws and regulations and in cases and according to procedure laid down in the laws and regulations.
4.In what territories and jurisdictions do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data only in territory of the European Union and European Economic Area. Data outside territory of the European Union and European Economic Area can be transferred only in compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations governing data protection.

We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure constant safety of your personal data and compliance of data processing with the requirements of laws and regulations and our internal code, including Mile Logistics undertakes to ensure confidentiality of personal data of customers.

Laws and regulations of data protection grant you rights that you can freely use when addressing us. We undertake to ensure you a possibility to exercise your rights.

You are entitled to receive our confirmation about whether we process your personal data, and also to get acquainted with your personal data that we process, information about goals of data processing, category of data processed, category of data recipients, data processing period, sources of data. We provide you the major part of this information in this Policy and we believe that it will be useful for you.
Right to request correction of personal data
If the data specified by you have changed or you notice that your information that we process is inaccurate or incorrect, you are entitled to request changing, updating or correcting this information.
Right to withdraw a consent
In cases where we process your data on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, and consent-based data processing will be discontinued. You can withdraw your consent to receive commercial notifications at any time. Withdrawal of these consents will not affect your possibilities to receive Mile Logistics services.
If your consent loses force or is withdrawn or annulled, we delete data processed on the basis of your consent, unless they are processed on another basis to achieve other goals contemplated in this Policy.
Anyway, we can store your consent and evidence of it for a longer period if that is necessary to protect our rights in relation to claims, objections brought against us.
Right to file a complaint
If you believe that we process your data in breach of the provisions of legislation of personal data protection, please address us directly. We believe that we will manage to dispel your doubts, satisfy claims and eliminate our mistakes, if any.
If you are still not satisfied with the solutions that we offer or, in your opinion, we do not take the necessary steps, you are entitled to file a complaint in the supervising authority.
Right to request deletion of data (right to be forgotten)
Under corresponding circumstances stated in the laws and regulations governing the personal data processing, for example, if personal data are processed illegally, the legal basis of data processing is no longer valid, you are entitled to request us to delete your personal data.
If the processed personal data can be used for other goals stated in this Policy, for example, to ensure evidence in case of a complaint, we can store relevant data to ensure achieving of other goals.
Right to request restriction of data processing
Under certain circumstances described in the laws and regulations governing data processing, if personal data are used illegally, you contest data accuracy, you submit complaints about data processing on the basis of our legitimate interests, you are entitled to restrict processing of your data. However, we point out that due to restriction of data processing and during such period of restrictions we may be unable to provide you services rendered by Mile Logistics.

When receiving your request about data portability, we will ensure implementation of your rights by issuing data in commonly used and machine-readable format, or will send electronically the data that you have requested to the addressee specified by you, taking into account the information provided in your request.
